MocoSpace - Can't send anyone messages

I'm unable to post in the mocospace news forums to get answer on why my new account being muted when i haven't did anything wrong on it neither can i send out any messages to anyone. I even tried sending a message to moco support about this but haven't got any help yet. :
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
MocoSpace Cons: Being muted for no reason.

I'm having the same problem I open account 02/12/2019 it was find for 2 weeks then it was mute I REPORTED it and in a week I was I'm unmute Ok so Why in a month I'm mute again no explanation I have been reporting issue with them since 02/27/2019 & no responses just comformation they receive my report. My inbox is filled with this bull!!
Saying dont reply back just so ridiculous Im still mute. Im ready to just delete.
